This service allows you to book a group study room in Belzberg Library or in the Harbour Centre building at SFU Vancouver, 515 West Hastings St.

Study Room Booking Information

Before booking a room, please check the room hours to ensure the room you would like to book is open for the date/time you want. Open rooms may be booked for a maximum of ONE booking per day to a maximum of TWO hours per day, per group. Group study room are only available for booking up to 14 days in advance. The Library reserves the right to delete multiple bookings beyond the first two hours. Unbooked rooms are available for anyone to use. Rooms not occupied within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled time or not booked are available for anyone to use for that hour. If the room had been booked for a two-hour period, the original booker may claim the second hour. All future bookings are deleted Aug. 31 and Dec. 31.
